Tower Climber
Field Technicians are responsible for servicing our cell tower client’s through inspections, mappings, report writing and AutoCAD drawings. Each Technician is provided with proper safety training and procedures from the very beginning.
Requirements
Must be able to travel
Should not be afraid of heights and will be required to climb to a height of at least 300 feet
AutoCAD experience is a plus
Tower Foreman
The Tower Foreman must have an expert level understanding of all aspects of the telecom industry, as this person will be expected to maintain full control of their crew’s production while leading by example. They will utilize the Tower Lead to develop and plan out the complete build of the site

Tower/Small Cell Project Manager
The Project Manager, Tower Construction will manage planning and execution related to field construction efforts in building and modifying cell sites. Candidate must have a solid construction project management experience in cell site construction and must have knowledge of industry build and safety standards

Wireless Project Manager
Wireless Project Manager will be responsible for daily supervision and other of the General Contractor's vendor crews to complete the scopes of work assigned while ensuring safety, quality, timelines, and financial expectations are met to deploy wireless networks.
Requirements
5-10 years of related wireless experience with a proven record of successful construction management
Knowledge of wireless technology, processes and OSHA and NATE regulations is a must
Expert knowledge of Sweep and PIM testing, site audits, Close Out Package development is required
Coordinating construction scheduling and associated activities supporting a wireless network
Responsible for safety, quality, timelines, and financial expectations are met for each crew
Strong leadership and communications skills – verbal and written
Supervise day to day workflow of multiple tower crews while maximizing productivity, minimizing costs, maintaining safety and quality
Coordination and procurement of permits and local inspections when applicable
Directly responsible for all aspects of construction and oversight of multiple tower crews, subcontractors and general contractors
